FAQ

Q: How much distance should be maintained between the range hood and the cooktop during installation?

A: The lowest part of the range hood should be maintained at a vertical distance of 65-75 centimeters from the cooktop.

Q: How to choose the right exhaust duct for a range hood?

A: To ensure optimal exhaust efficiency for a range hood, it is recommended to use a 6-inch exhaust duct. The duct should be installed in a straight and direct manner, avoiding excessive length (ideally, within 1 to 1.8 meters). The outdoor vent termination should be oriented downward in a vertical position to prevent rainwater and backdraft from damaging the range hood.

Q: How should I maintain and clean my range hood?

A:

  • Before cleaning your range hood, it is important to disconnect the power and unplug the power cord.
  • Clean the range hood with hot water and a non-corrosive detergent every 1-2 months.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners as they can damage the hood’s body.
  • If the filters are heavily greased, soak them in hot water, thoroughly rinse, and allow them to air dry.
  • To clean the range hood filters, use a mild cleaning solution. Place them in water at 40-50 degrees Celsius, soak for 2-3 minutes, and scrub gently with a soft brush.
  • Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the motor or control panel.

Q: Why is it necessary to clean the filters regularly?

A: Regularly cleaning the filters helps maintain the optimal exhaust performance of the range hood. It also prevents excessive grease buildup inside the filters, which can become liquefied when exposed to heat during cooking. This helps to avoid the possibility of flames being drawn into the range hood and the potential hazards associated with dripping oil.

Q. How to prevent limescale from appearing inside the wine cabinet?

A: Please avoid directly pouring tap water into the water tank as the substances in tap water can potentially cause limescale and affect the appearance. It is recommended to use distilled water with fewer impurities to reduce the chances of limescale formation.

  • Small cookware with a diameter of less than 8 centimeters (3 inches) made of iron or other magnetic materials will not heat up on an induction stove. This is a safety feature implemented in induction stoves to prevent accidental heating or burning when placing small objects on the cooking surface.
  • If you forget to turn off the induction stove after cooking, there is no need to worry. When the cookware is removed, the heat transfer will immediately stop. Additionally, induction stoves often have an automatic shut-off feature that activates after a certain period of inactivity, usually around two hours.
  • Do not drag or forcefully or quickly place cookware on the surface of the induction stove to avoid damaging the stove panel.
  • Regularly keep the surface of the induction stove clean and avoid placing heavy objects/utensils on the stove surface.
  • Before cleaning, make sure to turn off the power or unplug the power cord. Do not directly rinse the stove surface with water. After cooking, you can use a mild detergent or a soft cloth to wipe away grease stains. However, do not use a hard brush or abrasive sponge to scrub the stove surface to avoid scratching it.
  • Do not use a steam cleaner to clean an induction hob.
  • Do not use induction hob if its surface is cracked or any abnormal condition.
  • To comply the user manual for use and maintenance of an induction hob and arrange regular checks by an experienced technician yearly.
  • Do not touch the induction hob surface immediately after cooking.
  • Do not place a sealed can on an induction hob for direct cooking.
  • Do not connect other electrical appliances to use the same socket outlet supplying with an induction hob. Each induction hob should use independent socket or power supply.
  • When using a wine cabinet, it is important not to overfill it with wine bottles in order to allow for proper air circulation, prevent mold growth, and promote even temperature distribution.
  • Place red wine bottles horizontally on a wine rack, avoiding any obstruction of internal fans.
  • If the wine cabinet will not be used for a long time, please remove all items from the wine cabinet and unplug the power plug. In addition, please open the door slightly and block it if necessary to allow air to circulate inside the wine cabinet to prevent the growth of odor and bacteria.
  • Clean the interior of the wine cabinet by first turning off the power or unplugging the power cord, and then removing all items and shelves.
  • Clean the interior walls and shelves of the wine cabinet by rinsing them with a mixture of warm water and a solution of mild dish soap or baking soda. Use a soft cloth to scrub them gently, and then dry them thoroughly.
  • For cleaning the exterior of the cabinet, use warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive materials to clean stainless steel surfaces.
  • The power supply for the bathroom dryer is 200VAC, 50Hz. The power cord should be of 2.5mm2 or larger wire gauge, and it should be paired with a residual current device (RCD) with a rating of 10 amps or higher.
  • The bathroom dryer is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, as the compressor only requires 241W to operate, resulting in over 80% energy savings.
  • It provides a cool air mode for the bathroom, ensuring air circulation without consuming excessive power.
  • The compressor function of the bathroom dryer is highly efficient and energy-saving, creating a dry and comfortable indoor environment while automatically adjusting the humidity.
  • With its 8-shaped air outlet design, it covers a wider area and effectively removes moisture from the humid indoor air, reducing humidity levels to keep the interior dry and warm, preventing the growth of mold. It can be used for extended periods.
  • The bathroom dryer adopts Plasma sterilization technology and antibacterial filtering mesh to inhibit fungal growth. It also deodorizes, sanitizes, and eliminates harmful substances such as viruses.
  • The bathroom dryer automatically adjusts the airflow angle. When used for drying clothes, it concentrates the hot air on the clothes, making the drying process more efficient and enabling quick drying.
  • It provides warm air for the bathroom, ensuring comfort during cold weather showers. Users can take their time to dry off before putting on clothes without worrying about feeling cold.
  • Please clean or replace the dust filter regularly.
  • Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.
  • Avoid leaving the washing machine unattended while it is in operation.
  • Do not spray flammable chemicals (such as insecticides) in close proximity to the washing machine while it is operating.
  • Do not place the washing machine in damp areas such as bathrooms or outdoors, as moisture can affect its performance and promote the growth of mold or mildew.
  • Prior to washing, remove any objects (such as coins) from the clothes and regularly clean the drainage filter to prevent clogs and ensure proper drainage.
  • Schedule regular maintenance for your washing machine, following the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.
